Depart this morning with your guide for a day tour of Nairobi. Our first stop is for a visit to the Giraffe Centre where you can interact with the Giraffes. Next we will head to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage for the public viewing between 11 AM – 12 PM to gain insight into the great work the trust does in working with orphaned elephants. We’ll make a stop ay the Tamambo Blixen’s Coffee Gardens where you have the option of buying lunch. Our last stop will be at the Kazuri Beads Factory which is a women’s cooperative whose work is distributed and prized around the world.

This morning you will be transferred to Wilson airport or your flight to the Lewa Conservancy. On arrival at the airstrip you are met by your guide and transferred to Lewa Safari Camp for the next four nights. Sprawling over the Laikipia plains, Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is a prolific wildlife conservancy that is popular with celebrities, conservationists, writers and photographers.

Lewa Wildlife Conservancy borders the Samburu community conservancies of Tassia and Il Ngwesi in the arid lowlands of the north, and many of the staff at Lewa Safari Camp come from this area. Lewa Safari Camp offers visits to neighbouring local Samburu homesteads.

This morning you will transfer to Lewa Airstrip for your flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game.
