Kruger & the Kingdoms
Kruger and the Kingdoms is a seven-day guided tour that connects four distinct regions of eastern South Africa in a single well-paced journey. Starting in Johannesburg, the route heads east into Mpumalanga for a full day along the Panorama Route through the Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window, and Bourke’s Luck Potholes, before moving on to Kruger National Park for open-vehicle game drives in search of the Big Five. The tour then crosses into the Kingdom of eSwatini, where a cultural encounter, a visit to the Ngwenya Glass Factory, and the Swazi Candle Factory provide a genuine introduction to the country’s craft traditions and way of life. From eSwatini, the route continues south into Zululand, with the option of a game drive in Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve, one of Africa’s oldest proclaimed reserves and a stronghold for both black and white rhino. The journey ends on the KwaZulu-Natal coast at Umhlanga, just north of Durban.
